Amazingmoms.com is really an amazing site. I know, it sounds so cliché but I loved it. It is colorful, easy to navigate and chock full of ideas to help you have fun as a family.  The Site Index on the left side of the homepage offers many tempting links starting with the Birthday Parties page. Themed parties galore here with a description of what the theme should include. Ideas for crafts, cool cakes, party favors and games are included in each section. If you choose a theme but are not sure of where to find the necessary supplies, a link to a party supply website is available. (Gee, no surprise THERE.)

The Family Fun link offers some great ideas to encourage more family time. It is so important for kids to feel that they belong. I really liked the suggestion of taking a walk and flipping the coin at each corner to see which way to turn. It allows your child an opportunity to make a decision and it’s a great way to make your adult self more spontaneous and flexible. Truly a chance to “stop and smell the roses.”

The large selection of Holiday tips include some nice Fathers Day information. There is just too much cool stuff here.  Needless to say, you just have to visit the site. Until next time.
